Re: missed period
Hi grace, nice to see you back!
I am sorry to hear this is making you so nervous, it is understandable to feel stressed when starting a new medication and not knowing what changes it might cause in your body, especially when you have a history of pregnancy anxiety.
It might help to hear that periods aren’t really considered late unless they came 5-7 days later from when they were expected. And even if they are late, they are many common reasons for that like stress, change in activity or diet or medication.
How does reading that make you feel? Would it help to brainstorm some way you can take care for yourself and distract yourself from those worries in the next few days?

Re: missed period
Pregnancy is not possible with just cuddling or play fighting, but we have sent you an article before (here it is again) so you can learn more about how pregnancy happens. I need you to confirm you have read this, please. It's doing you a disservice to keep reassuring you of something that's not possible without giving you resources to understand it better.
Given your history of pregnancy anxiety, I will ask you to take a look at our Pregnancy Scare Resources.
Here's what our policy is in these cases:
"For those who come in with pregnancy scares who, based on what they have told us, absolutely could not be or become pregnant, or who otherwise are not or have not been directly involved with an actual pregnancy: we are happy to talk with you, but we will not engage in ongoing or repeat conversations to validate that you or a partner are not pregnant, nor explain repeatedly how pregnancy can or can’t occur. "
Let me know if you have any questions from the resources I sent!

Re: missed period
Hi grace1019,
Yes, Accutane does affect your period. Because Accutane has isotretinoin in it, a retinoid medication, it can cause hormonal changes in your menstruation. In the "possible side effects" section of the medication information on Accutane, it says, "menstrual irregularities are frequently reported as a side effect." You should not worry at all about the risk of pregnancy, given the lack of sexual contact you have had.
Please read the articles Sofi sent to you, and then once you have, if you have any more questions, we're happy to help.
