I recently went to the doctor and got a bunch of tests done, and here's how that looks on my EOB: 09/02/26- Service: Laboratory. Reason code 66. Due: $1.38

Looking through pages and pages of these, I can't tell at all which visits were for sexual health, which were for mental health, etc. I do see when I got blood draws, vaccines, radiology, and whether it was at an office or at the ER, but not WHY I received those services. Make sense?
