My partner wants to finger me and explore down there. I'm a little nervous as I have no experience with this. What supplies and positions should I be in? Latex exam gloves? I saw an enema in the drugstore. Should I get one? And how do I give myself one? I want our first time to be fun but also safe.

This is one of those things where your best bet is just to experiment (either by yourself or with your partner) about what sensations feel good, since everybody's body is a little bit different. Too, as Heather mentioned, we have some info on the main site about anal sex (and out how to be safe in general). Have you taken a look at that?
