Do I have a Yeast infection? If I do, what should I do?

i just recently had sex about two days ago last night I noticed white stuff coming out of my vagina, cottage cheese like which I've heard is a yeast infection. I've looked up stuff but don't know what have of it mean. It doesn't smell or burn like some symptoms I've read
