"Fun" condoms

Are ribbed condoms just as effective as regular condoms (to say , %98 effective with perfect use)

What about the condoms that get cold and hot?
For her pleasure??

Are they safe?

All condoms have the same level of effectiveness for protection from pregnancy. With the exception of lambskin condoms, all condoms also offer the same levels of protection from STIS (those ones are not effective for STI protection).

Condoms with added novelty lubricants are not something we recommend. The numbing types can make it so that it is harder for people to tell when they are in pain (and who wants numb genitals during sex, anyway?), and either type can irritate genital tissue.
