Pms symptoms
My period is expected to come in about 4 days. It can tend to be irregular at times, so that's an estimate. But usually about a week before my period my breasts get sore and bigger, I'm very crabby and irritable, and I tend to crave a lot of junk food. But as of right now, my breasts aren't sore. I was wondering if it was normal, (I'm also 16) for pms to differ from month to month?

Re: Pms symptoms
Is not unusual for periods, or pms symptoms to change from time to time. Our bodies are not machines so they won't act the same way all the time. Changes in diet, exercise or even in just sleep can have effects in how our body works.
