Getting pregnant on the pill

How do symptoms of pregnancy differ depending on whether or not you're on birth control? Do you still get your period when you're on the last row of the month, is it lighter? Do cramps and other symptoms feel differently?

Hi catalina,

No, would not get your withdrawl bleed if you got pregnant while on the pill. However, assuming you're taking it correctly, just being on the pill means pregnancy is not likely. As for your question about symptoms, check this out:
