Hello I'm a fifteen year old girl, and I'm on birthcontrol pills called Diane. I also do have a significant other. This morning I took my birthcontrol pill the same time I always take it, combined with my breakfast. ( 11 am )
Later on that day I had sexual intercourses with my boyfriend. ( 2-3 pm ). At 8 o'clock I got very naseuas and threw up my breakfast since it was the only thing I had eaten that day.
I have now taken a new birthcontrol pill but I am genuinely terrified that I am pregnant???
Am I pregnant?

The pill is absorbed within 2-3 hours of it being taking. If you threw up outside of that window, then you can assume your pill was fully absorbed and thus fully effective. I will also mention that, if this kind of thing concerns you, using condoms as a back-up is a great way to further decrease your risks.
