Misinformed
I think I am being misinformed by a friend. I asked her if semen/sperm could still be present on hands and under fingernails after a hand washing and she said no. Is one time of washing your hands enough to remove all semen and sperm? What if you don't scrub under your fingernails? Would the semen and sperm survive?

Re: Misinformed
Nope, your friend isn't misinforming you: simple handwashing with hot or warm water and soap gets rid of sperm cells just like it gets rid of germs.
