Precum myths and truths

So I have read so many things online about precum and if it actually contains sperm or not. I have read that it only has sperm in it if the man ejaculated right before hand and didn't pee first, and I have also read that it always has sperm in it. I was wondering if there is an article on this site that someone can link me to or just explain it to clear things up?
