Daylight Savings

Unread post by Worrywart123 »

Hello Scarleteen!

I just have a question about daylight savings and my combination birth control pill. I've been on the pill a little over a year and I can't remember what I've done for past daylight savings, I normally take my pill at 6:15am, should I take it at the new time of 7:15? Or stay at 6:15?

Thanks for the help! :)

Hi worrywart,

Ultimately an hour difference won't change the effectiveness of the pill (you actually have 12 hours before a pill is even considered late), so I would go with the time that is easiest for you.
