Brown spotting a day after dry sex and two days after period ended?

My period ended two days ago, and yesterday I had dry humped my boyfriend (we were both wearing underwear and drifit pants) I'm not sure if he ejaculated, but today I noticed brown discharge. Is that implantation bleeding? Do I have any chances of being pregnant at all? Is it true that sperm cannot travel through clothing? There're some really mixed views on the Internet.
