Pain After Ejaculation?

I am a young man of fifteen, and I will masturbate a few times a month. I usually do it in the shower, or through underwear, as those methods work best for me. But for a long time now, after I ejaculate, I have been experiencing a painful stinging sensation in the tip of my penis. This happens maybe two thirds of the time, and can last for up to an hour. Usually peeing brings relief, but not for very long. I worry that this is something I should get checked out, or if this is something that happens to other people. I would appreciate your help.
