Muscles twitching while masturbating?

Whenever I rub or touch my clitoral glands either on the sides or in the center when I masturbate my legs jerk forward or twitch.

This isn't painful or bothersome to me in any way physically but is this normal?

People react differently to stimulation, so there is no "normal" or "abnormal". As long it is not painful or hurting you I don't think you have to worry much about it. :)
