That's not likely, as BV is an infection of the vaginal canal, and your menstrual period is about your whole-body hormones -- and over a whole cycle -- and your uterus.
But stress and worry, or more to the point, not managing those certainly can, and you've recently been worried about pregnancy, based on your last post. And sometimes our cycles also just shift, or we can even skip a period, when nothing's the matter at all.
