Is sexual pleasure painful? Cause I watched some women mastrubate on the net, and they always have this really horrible look on their face as they get into it, like someone's stabbing them or something.
Why do they do this? Is this just a porn thing?

I would say this is a porn thing. In general, porn displays unrealistic images of sex, including the way a person experiences pleasure. I think the idea is for it to look super intense, which can lead to exaggerated faces, sounds, reactions. I haven't heard it described like this before, but I can see where you are coming from lol.

Wow I know exactly what you're talking about! I think there can be some similarity for some people--the faces we make during different intense physiological experiences can sometimes be similar (whether that experience is painful or pleasurable). That being said, I definitely agree it's an exaggerated porn thing. Thanks for pointing this out.
