It says here that dry humping does not pose a risk of pregnancy

It says in the piece you linked:
The risks listed for the activities below also account for any body fluids present if and when there are fluids present or there may be.
So yes, "no risk" includes ejaculation.
The kyriarchy usually assumes that I am the kind of woman of whom it would approve. I have a peculiar kind of fun showing it just how much I am not.
