Should I take plan b?
I forgot to buy a new pack of bc pills, had sex using a condom on the day I should have started the new pack (so, misses the 1st pill). We used a condom but we rubbed our genitals while naked before having actual sex. I thought precum would not contain any sperm and it would come out only just before ejaculation, but now I read that It can contain sperm (though it's rare) and it comes out of the penis any time during sexual activity. I'm a bit scared now. Should I buy a plan b tomorrow?

Have you gotten your new pack of pills, and did you take the one that you missed as soon as you got that new pack?

Yes I did. I had sex yesterday and today I bought a new pack and took two pills. I'm worried because I missed the very first pill of the chart, so I'm assuming I wasn't protected during the time he wasn't wearing a condom yet

Re: Should I take plan b?
Missing one pill does lower the effectiveness of your pill, but even with typical use, the pill is still more effective than Plan B. (On top of that, since your partner did not ejaculate inside your vagina or on your vulva, you essentially used an additional method of birth control - withdrawal.) However, if taking Plan B would make you feel better, then there's no harm in doing so. You could also check with a pharmacist to see what they suggest.

Thank you for your reply.
One more question: the situation I described, in which the penis and vulva have contact without any barrier but there is no ejaculation, does present some risk?

It does. You can read more about what activities pose a risk of pregnancy here: Can I Get Pregnant, or Get or Pass On an STI From That?
