Missed period after switching birth control

I may just be paranoid, but two weeks ago I had my nexplanon implant removed and received the Depo shot. My periods are never late but sometimes early. I am two days late and super concerned. Is it possible that since I switched around ovulation I could have gotten pregnant? We waited about 4 days before we had sex, but he pulled out. We get pregnant SUPER easy and I am worried. Am I being irrational? Lol
