unable to make a topic in Relationships?

as the title says, it seems as though I can't make a new topic in the relationships forum. Why? To my knowledge, my account isn't restricted in any way, and I've been fairly active.what's going on?

Hmm, I'm not sure what's going on here! I just made a text post and it appeared to work okay. Everything to my knowledge in the backend seems to be working.

What happens when you click "New Topic?" Do you get any kind of error message?
