Hi guys sorry I've been so annoying
I'm just a really paranoid person
I wanted some help in managing my paranoia as I don't like being in constant anxiety can someone please help me

Hi Jambo,

If you want to manage your anxiety, you'll want to find a counselor or therapist who can help you work on it and develop tools to manage it. Do you know of resources like that in the area where you live?
And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.

If you're in school, you could start by asking a school nurse or counselor for resources you could look into. You could also look for local health clinics that offer mental health services. And, if you have a doctor you see regularly, you could ask them for advice or a referral.
