Scared to masturbate/don't want to

I'm really scared to masturbate. I know that it's normal and all, but I really just don't enjoy the concept of it, not gonna lie. I have this gigantic urge to masturbate, and I have never done it before. Is there any way for me to break out of this urge to masturbate? Cause I really just don't want to do it, and any sort of talk saying "just do it" really irritates me cause I can't bring myself to do it. Thanks.

While masturbating is perfectly okay, it's just as valid to not masturbate. It's all up to you. You don't have to do something that makes you feel scared to think about.

Just like the urge to do anything else, there is not any cure-all thing that you can do to change what you're feeling. However you can go about your life and try to focus on other things.

Would you like to talk about the pressure you're getting from others saying "just do it" with regards to masturbating?

Its so hard not to cause these urges are crazy. I’m also scared to shower cause I don’t want to touch myself, and it’s really difficult to pee or sleep. I had a wet dream last night actually and it just made the urges to masturbate worse.

You seem to be having very conflicted feelings about masturbation. It might be easier if we work together to try and figure out why you don't enjoy the concept of masturbation, but also feel out of control.

Are there any negative experiences or attitudes in the people around you that could have influenced this?

I don’t think so. These urges seemed to have calmed down recently. I went to the bathroom today and pissed out something that I think is pre-ejaculation. Does this mean anything, or is this natural? I don’t watch porn or anything like that either btw.

When you say "does this mean something" can you tell me a bit of what you mean by that?

Certainly, urinating can push anything that is in the urethra out. There is, however, no way to know whether or not that was precum.
