I don't know what to do- heavy vaginal bleeding

I masterbated with my fingers and I don't think I warmed myself up enough as now I'm heavily bleeding up in my vagina. I don't know what to do. I think I may have scratched myself and I'm really scared.

If it was just your fingers, you only could have caused so much harm, so don’t stress. There are a lot of blood vessels in that whole area, and arousal fills them with more blood, so even a small abrasion can sometimes create a lot of bleeding.

Are you having any pain, or is it just bleeding? And how long has the bleeding gone on for now? How many pads, if you’re using them for this, has it filled, if any?

Thankfully it has cleared up now, the bleeding continued for about an hour, and eventually stopped. I am having really light pink discharge now but I assume that's just it clearing what's left of the blood out. It's still a little sore, but not as bad as it was yesterday, thank goodness.

I'm glad the bleeding has slowed and you're feeling less sore! What I'd recommend is holding off from any sexual activity or masturbation until it's been a day or two after the last time you notice pain or bleeding.
