Hi! I've only started masturbating very recently despite being 18 (I'm ace so i never thought to try, but since i'm an adult I figured i should try it and liked it) and I've noticed that whenever I orgasm, or get close (I don't think I actually have fully orgasm-ed because I always get overstimulated and stop when i get close), I feel mildly nauseous and kind of continuously turned on for day afterward. I'm about ready to accept this as how my body works, but I thought maybe just in case this was a bad thing, I should ask somewhere. For added context, i'm afab and autistic. My theory atm is that it's just a result of overstimulation, which feels good in the moment but has some kind of lasting effect on my body.

The best I can describe it is that sometimes the body reacts to all the neurochemicals sexual desire and activity amps up like you have a sort of hangover. That can happen with or without orgasm. You might see what happens next time if you hydrate some after and do something to kind of resolve those chemicals, like by taking a walk or doing some deep breathing.
