Hi Jellyfish,

You're for sure welcome when the chat is on today! We talk with folks about things that aren't explicitly connected to sex all the time (think relationships, sexual orientation, body image, etc), and so far in chat I haven't noticed our conversations being outside the scope of what we can help with.

Hey jelly!

I just saw your chat log and wanted to apologize that you were left speaking into the void there!

As Sofi said, our chat service window had ended, but it seems one of your previous conversations hadn't closed properly which meant you were able to slip through the net and ask questions even though there was nobody there to answer you at the time!

It's good to make sure we are actually online but I will also fix this problem with our chat as the text person.

Hey, jellyfish, I also want to mention that we no longer have set times chat is running, so there isn't a time it's supposed to be open anymore. Instead, we open it when we have staff here who can work it, and when users make a request to use it with us. <3
