Disgusted with the feeling of my insides

Every time I try anal or vaginal fingering I get so disgusted with the feeling of my insides that all pleasure is lost. When I use toilet paper to finger myself it feels a little better but it's hard to keep that up. So I was wondering if there was anything else to be used? I'm too scared to put in anything more than 2 fingers so dildos are out of the question, but I want to keep doing it.

Do you have any ability to get latex gloves? Those would provide a barrier but also be safer to use than something like toilet paper, which could leave little pieces behind.

Too, do you have any sense of where that feeling of disgust is coming from? Is it purely just about the texture or feeling of your vaginal canal, or are there other reasons as well?

And I'm not sure, but every time I even think about the texture (specifically for anal) I get nauseous. I'd like to get over it if possible.

You know, it can be tricky to try and over come disgust or repulsion to sensations; in some cases it's one of those things where we don't know why we can't stand a texture, we just can't. So while sometimes we can get over those feelings by, say, unpacking weird or shaming messages we got about genitals, but other times it's just never a texture we like and we find ways, like gloves, to work with that.
