I can only have 1 orgasm as a girl
I think this is normal but I know that many women have the ability to have multiple orgasms but don’t. Is there anyway way to train my body to orgasm more often?

Hey gnarp_gnarp_2,
It sounds like you're a bit unhappy with your body's capacity for orgasm, a totally understandable feeling that many resonate with.
Now, like you already mentioned, it is completely normal for some people to experience the capacity for multiple orgasms during a short period of time, but that certainly does not mean everybody's body works the same way. The "refractory period" is the time in between the first and a second orgasm. Some people's bodies have longer or shorter refractory periods in which stimulation can cause further orgasms. There is currently no known way to "change" your refractory period, and if after orgasm it feels uncomfortable or painful to continue, we recommend that you do not, until the intensity of stimulation has settled. If you don't experience discomfort or pain, and just want to experience multiple orgasms after a first, the only information I can give you is just too listen to your body and follow what feels comfortable for you.
Orgasm is also not always the goal of sex or masturbation, if you instead shift your goal towards the pursuit of pleasure after orgasm, you might find it a bit less stressful of an experience. Does that make sense?
