I'm 13 and I love to play with my boobs but they are very tender. I usually lick my finger and then touch/rub my nipples or push my boobs upwards and lick/suck them. I also play with them normally. Am I doing something wrong to make it painful or is it just tenderness?

Hi there hotcoco,

Nipples have a lot of nerve endings in them, and the skin is particularly sensitive, so lots of touching or pulling on them can sometimes cause soreness. They can also feel more tender during certain times of the menstrual cycle.
